Every ErgoMaxOffice frame is built to outlast the warranty on the box.

Coverage — One-year warranty
Covers frames, motors, and electronics against manufacturing defects under normal use.

What's not covered
Normal wear (upholstery, casters), damage from misuse or unauthorized modification, and cosmetic wear that doesn't affect function.

Filing a claim
Contact us with your order number and a short description or photo of the issue.

Returns
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping. See Shipping & Returns below for full details.
